Mark T. Hodgman, M.D.

Dr. Mark Hodgman has been a member of South Shore Internal Medicine Associates since 1981. He graduated magna cum laude from Holy Cross College in 1972 and graduated with honors from the Brown University School of Medicine in 1976. He did his internship and residency at the New England Medical Center Hospital between 1976 and 1979, followed by a two-year Fellowship in Cardiology ending in 1981. Since 1983, Dr. Hodgman has been the Director of Milton Hospital's Coronary Care Unit and was appointed Chief of the Hospital's Department of Cardiology in 1993.

His interests include exercise physiology and running for both the young and the elderly, cardiac rehabilitation, echocardiography, and stress testing, along with tennis, basketball and youth sports.
